These are our appointment policies.

1. We do not refill outside work.

2. Our cancellation policy requires you to give notice that you are unable to make the appointment 4 hours prior to your appointment time. If no contact is made you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of $100 which will be added to the price of your service should you chose to book again in the future.

3. If you are late for some reason, you will be given a grace period of 10mins after which a late fee of $20 will be for applied for every additional 5 mins thereafter. After 1/2 hour there is the possibility of your appointment being rescheduled for another day.

4. We love giving specials! So when catching our deals please remember to remove all outside nail polish and acrylics.

5. No extra guests or children allowed at salon
